Improvement vision

Proposed improvements

We are considering three improvements to enhance the home's layout, functionality, and long-term appeal: a more open connection between the kitchen and living room, an expanded bathroom with a new walk-in closet, and the conversion of the garage into a separate primary suite. We plan to undertake the work incrementally, with each phase evaluated in the context of the property and our broader investment strategy.
